The land for this cemetery was likely donated by the Langille family who in the early 1800s owned all the land on Brule Point. At a later date the cemetery became covered with bushes and a man was told to "clean up" the site. He used a bulldozer which caused considerable damage and accounts for the reason that stones, broken and/or unreadable, are found around the perimeter. There are 3 sites where stones are missing and only the base remains. There are many unmarked graves in this cemetery.

There was an error made placing the early boundary line – there was a distinct bow to the west. A correction in the boundary line was made after a new survey, and as a result it is very likely that there are graves on the eastern edge of the golf course adjacent to the cemetery.

Directions: near civic # 810 on Brule Point Road, turn right (South) into second drive past the eastern border of the golf course. Go about 100 m. toward the water. The cemetery, right, is about 50 feet square with no boundary markers.
