Established in 1798 and consisted of the current counties of part of Carleton, Grenville, Lanark, Leeds, and part of Renfrew. In 1826 consisted of the current counties of part of Carleton, part of Grenville and Leeds; In 1838 & 1845 consisted of the current counties of Grenville and Leeds. Abolished in 1849.
